Urdangarin's lawyer, convinced that the prosecution for tax fraud not affect infant

Iñaki Urdangarin's lawyer, Mario Pascual Vives, he was "convinced" on Monday that the new indictment hanging over the Duke of Palma, now three tax offenses allegedly committed in 2007 and 2008, will not affect the Infanta Cristina, she shared with her husband Aizoon society.
Speaking to reporters outside his office in Barcelona, Mario Pascual Vives noted that the indictment for tax fraud opens a "new process" in the case.
The indictment for tax fraud is based on a report of the special delegation of the Tax Office in Catalonia, which notes the existence of "reasonable suspicion" that the Instituto Noos, who presided Iñaki Urdangarin and his partner Diego Torres, committed tax fraud at least 470,000 euros in corporate taxes and personal income tax in 2007 and 2008.
Urdangarin's lawyer said he sees "premature" to draw conclusions about this new indictment for tax fraud, because there is still "plenty of time", but has said, simply: "It seems that things are well."
The report of the Tax Agency has inspected both Nóos Institute and its network of companies: Aizoon, Virtual Strategies, Strategy Shiriamasu and Intuit Innovation Lab

Pascual Vives has stated to reporters that no evidence that the prosecutor has requested that Urdangarin and Diego Torres return to testify before the court and has even ironically asking informants if they knew if the judge had agreed to quote again Duke of Palma.
